HXCK—II plays an important part in soot blowing system to guarantee safe operation for the whole system。
CK—II Model is Specially for large，medium or small boiler soot blowing equipment．PLC，the main control unit．has been used to keep all the parts in line according to the soot blowing process required by customers．All the units are controlled by PLC simulatively，automatically，remotely or on site.It can also complete the function of status display．trouble alarm and lockingprotection for the corresponding units such as 125MW，200MW，300MW and 600MW with the help of PLC and EEPROM．the program can be written or edited easily．NOW this unit has been widely used due to strong anti—jamming,long service life and easy maintenance. The power cabinet is speciaIly designed to supply power to soot blowers and electric valves．The control cabinet and power cabinet are marlufactured strictly according to the Standards of GB4208—84一IEC529—76．They are suitable for using outdoor or indoor．
HXCK—II consists of the following parts：
Control Cabinet(one set)：
The Main Controlle PLC：Compact seties module of MODICON or C seties module of OMRON for customers’options
Input：20—60 points due to the unit power
Output：according to the number of soot blowers．For exampie．150 points for 300MW unit and 50 points for 50MW unit
Portable Programmet and Cable
Uset Memory Capacity 4—8K
SimuIative Display
Status display of all kinds of electric VaIves．magnetic valves and temperature ＆ pressure reducer fo rmedium piping
