HXG-5 Rotary Soot blower

HXG-5 is mainly applied to clean ash deposit on the heating surface of tubes such as flue and economizer located at low gas temperature zone. The lance tube of HXG-5 is placed in furnace for long term and cleaning the ash deposit while rotating. The blowing angle is controlled by cam and blowing circlescontrolled by control box. The nozzles must aim at the gap of boiler tubes .Before blowing, the nozzles usually are downward. The material of lance tube isdetermined by gas temperature of soot blowing area.
