HXYR-5 Air Preheater Soot Blower

HXYR-5 is to clean the deposits on the heated surface of rotative air heaters with steam or high-pressure air. The lance tube, nozzle size and arrangement of nozzles of lance tube fare designed according to specific air preheaters and mounting requirement. While working, the lance tube make retractable movement, the rotative air preheater rotate,so the nozzle blawing track is several circle of Archimedes spiral. Normally, when the distance from nozzle to sector plate is 200mm, the wide of coverage is 64mm, when distance is 300mm, the wide is 95mm.
