HXGL Roller Slag Cooler

HXGL series double waterway roller-type slag cooler, with general industrial water or softened water as heat-exchange medium, is a special equipment of dry cooling & delivery hightemperature slag of the circulating fluidized bed boiler and ebullition bed boiler. It consists of screw blade, inner and outer sleeve, feed and air exhaust device, in and out of water device,drive device and seat. While working, HXGL roller rotates driven by transmission. The slag goforward guided by hollow screw blade with cooling water. At the same time, the other coolingwater go through roller interlayer, cooling air reverse through roller, which make hightemperature rapid chilling. You can recycle cooling water and air so as to boost boiler heat efficiency and protect environment.
